  The guys I dealt with there were perfectly pleasant, however I feel I need to post an update following some issues I've had since taking my car there with a broken control arm. The repair was done, all fine, but shortly after I heard a strange noise coming from that side of the car. I took it back and was told I may be imagining it (fair enough, the noise had stopped once they tested it, and they checked it for free). 1 week later, I was calling the AA because the control arm had come loose, causing the car to shift and wobble when turning and braking, the culprit being the same control arm that they allegedly double double checked and tightened. No problems since, it's been 2/3 months. Now, after having my rear tyres replaced and a balance done, they said all the tyres were so far out that whoever did the last MOT must not have done a thorough check (carried out by WVC). Now, this is another garages opinion and may be incorrect, however I that that's two cases of work having been done that were potentially sub standard (and not cheap) and I feel they should be aware.

  I've never used this company before and took the risk as my regular garage closed down. WVC provided me with a great service they collected my vehicle free of charge. The service price was fair for my vehicle (half the price of a manufacturer). My vehicle was left clean and returned to me in a timely manner. The customer service rep was very friendly and helpful with all my request. Will be using his WVC again.
